Responsibilities

1. System & Network Management: Set up devices, configure systems, and perform basic server and network maintenance.
2. Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues while providing hands-on assistance for data-related tasks and operational systems.
3. Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Manage technology, market data, and operational vendor relationships to enhance efficiency and control costs.
4. Operational Logistics: Oversee workspace readiness, inventory management, and coordination with external vendors to ensure smooth daily operations.
5. Cross-Functional Project Coordination: Lead high-priority initiatives across IT, trading, compliance, and operations.
6. Trading & Data Management: Maintain reliable trading systems, data feeds, backups, and analytics dashboards.
7. Process Improvement & Automation: Identify and implement automation solutions to streamline workflows and improve firm-wide efficiency.

Requirements

1. Strong entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to adapt, prioritize, and take ownership of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage relationships with clients and vendors.
3. Interest in finance and investing
4. Ability to communicate effectively in a collaborative, complex, and highly technical team environment.
5. Candidates based in Mumbai are preferred.
